Shanghai-Hong Kong Commercial Mediation Forum
Jointly organised by the Department of Justice, Shanghai Commercial Mediation Centre and Hong Kong Mediation Council, the 7th Shanghai-Hong Kong Commercial Mediation Forum will discuss various topics, including the application of commercial mediation in cross-border dispute resolution, how development in commercial mediation helps build a stable business environment, capacity building in international commercial mediation and the branding of international commercial mediation.
